Procedure

Body lift procedures are surgical procedures that require extensive incisions. The length and pattern depend on the amount and location of excess skin to be removed, as well as surgical judgment. Advanced techniques usually allow incisions to be placed in strategic locations where they can be hidden by most types of clothing and swimsuits.

Recovery 

A control garment must be worn for two to four weeks. There will be temporary swelling and discomfort in the buttocks for about three weeks. Most patients return to work after one week.
